What’s a research credit?

A research credit pays for the deeper way we write a post: a researcher agent gathers real, current evidence from the web and live social conversations, drafts the post, and an editor agent revises it until it’s sharp. 10 credits = 1 researched post. Every plan includes a monthly allotment — Creator gets 10 (about one a month), Pro gets 40 (about one a week), and Ultra gets 200 (several a week) — and credits are pooled across your workspace: every seat’s monthly credits sit in one shared team balance, so whoever needs a deep post that month can use them. Top-ups land in the same shared balance.

Do my posts use the researcher automatically?

Yes — the researcher and editor are on by default on every paid plan. You don’t have to turn anything on; your drafts just come back better-researched.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Nothing breaks. We’ll warn you as you get close, and once you’re out your posts simply fall back to our standard one-pass writer — still good, just not deeply researched — until your credits reset at the start of the next month. Need more before then? Top up anytime at $0.50 per credit.

What’s Series, and why is it on Ultra?

Series writes a planned run of posts on a theme — an autonomous, multi-post campaign that researches and drafts each beat for you to edit and post. Because each beat is a full researched post, Series lives on Ultra, where the monthly credit allowance is built for posting several times a week. It unlocks per workspace, not per seat: as soon as one person on your team is on Ultra, everyone can create and run Series (and Moments) — each person’s researched posts draw on their own monthly credits.

What’s a Moment?

A Moment is a date the whole team rallies behind — a launch, a raise, a conference. You set the theme and date, add your teammates (each optionally on their own angle), and POV AMP drafts everyone a coordinated set of posts in their own voice — with an optional lead-up and afterburn so the moment lands over days, not just once. Everyone edits and posts their own from their own account; nothing posts automatically. Moments is an Ultra feature alongside Series — and like Series it unlocks for the whole workspace as soon as one teammate is on Ultra.

What’s the difference between a Creator and a Collaborator?

A Creator has their own feed, POVs, voice, and connected accounts — the scanner works on their behalf, and research credits come with the plan. A Collaborator logs in to draft, edit, and comment on a Creator’s feed. Collaborators are free and unlimited.

Why would I edit my agent’s skills and memory?

Pro and Ultra open up your agent so you can see what it looks for and what it remembers about you — and tune both. It’s the difference between a black box and an assistant you can actually train.

Does anything ever post automatically?

Never. POV AMP drafts; you edit and post. That’s a hard product rule on every plan — auto-posting on autopilot is just spam with better grammar.
