Feature

The fastest way to get a thought down is to say it

Your sharpest takes rarely arrive as tidy sentences. POV AMP lets you speak them — mic buttons throughout the app turn what you say into text you can shape.

A mic wherever you’d otherwise be typing

Onboarding

Talk through who you are and what you believe instead of filling in fields cold.

The “Challenge me” sheet

Answer the sharpening questions out loud while you’re thinking them through.

Idea chat

Develop a rough idea by talking it out, back and forth with the assistant.

The draft editor

Dictate or revise a reply or post directly where you’re writing it.

Browser speech first, transcription as a fallback

On-device speech

Where your browser supports it, POV AMP uses built-in speech recognition for instant, low-friction dictation.

Transcription fallback

Where it doesn’t, a transcription path keeps the mic working — no setup, no decisions.

Just works

You don’t have to know or care which path you got. The mic is the mic.

Speaking is capture, not publishing

Dictation gets the raw material out of your head and onto the page. From there it’s the same loop as everything else: you read it, sharpen it, and decide. Speaking a draft never posts it — POV AMP never auto-posts.

Your best opinions arrive as spoken asides. Now you can keep them.

Questions

Where can I use voice dictation?
In onboarding, the “Challenge me” sheet, idea chat, and the draft editor — anywhere you’d otherwise be typing a thought into POV AMP.
How does the dictation work technically?
It uses your browser’s built-in speech recognition where available, and falls back to a transcription path where the browser doesn’t support it.
Does dictating a draft post it?
No. Voice is just a faster way to write. You still edit and explicitly post — nothing is published automatically.

Say it — POV AMP will write it down.

Define your point of view, find the conversations that matter, and show up with something worth saying. You edit. You post. It learns.
